Delivery times

Delivery times, unless the recipient is unavailable, is usually 3 to 5 days from shipping for any destination in Italy, 5 to 8 days for any destination in Europe. However, no responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. Delivery methods

Eventia Ltd will take care to contact the most suitable courier for delivery. The courier will make the delivery. In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer must personally contact the courier as soon as possible to agree on a new delivery date. Delivery will be made by the courier on the street level.

Make sure you provide a delivery address where there is the maximum availability of a person available to collect the goods.
