Very simple but excellent ingredients for our Olive con cuore di mandorla: pitted green olives, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, toasted Sicilian almonds. We select the best olives and prepare them to be pitted. We roast the best Sicilian almonds and manually place them one by one inside each and every olive. The sweetness and acidity of the olives meets the delicious taste of the roasted and salted almonds.

Olives with heart of almonds is a delicious appetiser which reminds us of our summers spent preparing them with our grandmother. We had small, slender fingers, perfect for delicately slipping the almonds into the olives.

Use them as a starter of during an aperitif.
