After being carefully selected and cut, the cherry tomatoes are salted and gradually dried under the sun, according to tradition.
Thanks to the warm and windy climate, the caper grows spontaneously and abundantly in Sicily. They are considered among the best in the world because they have a more consistent floral button, which is intense green in color and very aromatic.

Obtained from the indigenous Nero D’Avola grape, this vinegar maintains its typical fragrances of spices, violets and red berries and ethereal perfumes

The Passito di Pantelleria is one of the most fascinating wines in the world. It is a sweet, dense and full-bodied nectar that embodies all the power of the sun of its land of origin, and has aromas and flavours of honey, candied fruit and Mediterranean herbs. It is produced from Zibibbo grapes, also known as Moscato di Alessandria, and harvested from bush-trained vines, then dried under the hot Sicilian sun.

Fennel seeds have a rather sweet flavor reminiscent of anise and are used as spices to enrich local dishes with flavor. They are also used above for herbal teas to reduce swelling and stimulating diuresis.

Ideal as appetizer on croutons and canapés, to accompany meat and fish, especially grilled. Perfect on a platter with semi-matured and matured cheeses. Ready to serve on the table, during a picnic or an aperitif.
