If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to terminate the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. If you request a return within this period, you will be refunded the price paid for the item but the shipping costs will be entirely on you and not refunded.
We remind you that in the event of withdrawal, the costs for returning the item (eg shipping and packaging) are at your expense.

To make a return follow these simple steps:

1. Write an e-mail to: info@exquisitobox.com specifying the word “Return” in the subject and the following information in the content of the e-mail: Full name, item purchased, address and telephone number.
2. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them. The products must not have been used or damaged, they must be in their original packaging.
3. Prepare the package carefully, using the original packaging and sealing it with common packing tape; affix a label on the outside indicating the sender and recipient. Please, send back to the following recipient: Exquisito warehouse – Via Don Bosco, 38 95030 Gravina di Catania (Italy).
4. Please, inform us by email when you have made the shipment to the Exquisito warehouse in Italy.

It is not possible to exercise this right of return for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

After receiving the product and ensuring that it has kept its original integrity, we will refund your order. The sum will be re-credited to you with bank currency in any case no later than the fifteenth working day, starting from the date of receipt of the goods at the Exquisito warehouse.

Eventia Ltd has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply communicating it to the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already assumed and paid.
