FAQs

An Exquisito Lifestyle Box is themed box that we deliver to you. Generally, items are quality local food products that we select from small artisanal producers from the Mediterranean countries. Sometimes we may add some wine or local liqueurs. We might also include ceramics or other local artisanal products, if we think they might add a special flavour to the box. That’s why we like to call them Exquisito Lifestyle Box. Not only food but true local lifestyle experiences from the Med. There are various options to choose from including boxes for special occasions. Please see our “Shop” page for full details about each box.

Usually, an Exquisito Lifestyle Box is themed and designed to include a specific selection of items which have been carefully selected by us. Please see our “Shop” page for full details about what each box contains.
If you need a specific product in certain quantities please, send us an email to info@exquisitobox.com.

We have a number of solutions available to you if you’d like to order a large quantity of boxes. Please email the Exquisito Wholesale Team with your requirements at: info@exquisitobox.com and we will aim to get back to you within one working day.

Our Exquisito Lifestyle Boxes can be customised for special occasions – both private or corporate – only if ordered on certain quantities. Being customised, this type or order will be treated as a one off single order. Please send an email to info@exquisitobox.com.

Your Exquisito Lifestyle Box  will be delivered by one of courier partners. You will receive a text message and an email which will contain a tracking number, for you to keep up to date with your delivery.

For ingredients and allergenes please refer to each product’s presentation and fact sheet that you can find both in each Box and in the Pantry Page.  Please make sure you read the labels carefully to understand what allergens or ingredients are present in the products. If you need to avoid specific allergens or ingredients, we will try to meet your needs although we cannot ensure that our subscriptions are suitable for you.

If you have an issue with an order you have placed, please send an email to info@exquisitobox.com.

If you are unable to place an order it may be that we are experiencing temporary technical problems on our web site. You may wish to try again at a later time. If you have difficulty browsing, registering or concluding a purchase, we also recommend that you update your browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the latest version available. In any case, you can always contact customer support by writing an email to info@exquisitobox.com. Thank you for your patience and support.

Once the order is complete, you will receive a message confirming your order at the registration email address. If you can’t find the email, check the Junk Mail or Spam folder in your email box and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.

To use a coupon code you must first choose the product (s) to buy, insert them in the cart and proceed to checkout. Then click on “proceed to payment” and enter the code received in the “Coupon” field and click on “OK”. In this way the discount will be deducted from the total amount of the cart. At this point you can proceed with the order confirmation. Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to other promotions in progress, unless otherwise indicated.

If you have purchased an Exquisito Lifestyle Box as a one off order, then you may cancel your order by writing to Exquisito at info@exquisitobox.com not later than 48 hours after you made your payment via our web site. If you change your mind after this time, your cancellation may not be received in enough time to stop your order being processed. In such circumstances your delivery will not be cancelled and you will be charged.  If you have purchased a subscription package and wish to cancel your delivery, you can do so. See the “How do I cancel my subscription” FAQ below.
Please note, if you purchase any box or gift voucher specifically designed for a donation program, the order cannot be cancelled and the box/voucher not refunded.

You can purchase an Exquisito Lifestyle Box as either a one off single order, or on a subscription package basis. If you choose to place an order for a subscription package, you will receive a regular Exquisito Lifestyle Box delivery in accordance with the package you have selected at the checkout – until either you or we cancel the subscription.

You can cancel your Exquisito Lifestyle Box subscription by following procedures on the My Account page.

If your cancellation is received by 10pm 3 days before your next scheduled Food Box delivery day, then you will not receive delivery of the Food Box and no charges will be made. For example if your scheduled delivery day is Wednesday and you cancel your subscription by 10pm on the Sunday before, your delivery and all subsequent deliveries will be cancelled.

If we receive your subscription cancellation less than 3 days before the next scheduled delivery, that delivery will not be cancelled and you will be charged. All other deliveries will also be cancelled.

You currently cannot ‘skip’ an Exquisito Lifestyle Box delivery. Please cancel your subscription and then re-order your Exquisito subscription package once you are ready again.

If you need to update your delivery address at any point then please visit the My Account page. You will be able to update your details at account level for any future Exquisito Lifestyle Box that you’re subscribed to receive.

Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account.

All our subscription Boxes are currently offered on monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual basis. Once you sign up to a subscription, you will continue to receive a Box in accordance with your chosen frequency until either you or we cancel our contract.

You will directly process your payment on-line via Paypal or Credit Card.

If your payment fails for any reason please, contact us at info@exquisitobox.com.
If you have registered you may also want to double check your payment details and/or update them. Please, please visit the My Account page and log in to modify your data.

Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account.

Once you have placed an order on a subscription basis, you will receive a confirmation email.

You’ll receive a reminder email a week before each subsequent delivery to let you know your delivery date.

Please note disruption to our delivery service may occur on Bank Holidays and Christmas time.

You can order a one off Box at any time. You can also add a message which will be printed on our Gift Cards. If you would like to gift one box to someone else you can just flag “Ship to a different address”section on the Checkout page and fill all field accordingly. Please, if you you want to ship your gift box to someone else just be sure not to change your address details as this will change your address for all future Exquisito Boxes.
